Victor Mestas-Concert & fund raiser : Victor Mestas, his wife and family moved to Boulder, CO, from Venezuela two years ago.
They have given a tremendous amount to this community and so now a number of us from the music community want to give back to them by helping them raise the money needed for residency papers.
