I a was thrilled listening Masterful Musicians, eating Church of Cupcakes,enjoying the production capabilities of Pink Monkey Solutions and Butler Rents while waiting for Mayor Michael B. Hancock to officially unveil an artwork by a major American Artist at the newly renovated 1801 California building. The many festivities are being supported by 3 different MM ensembles: All Produced by Arts Brookfield with precision, style and grace!

Cobus du Toit -Flute: representing his Home county of south Africa!
A truly Masterful Musician is Off to South Africa to represent his home country in a great international competition. Best wishes from all of us! Cobus, we are cheering from Colorado!Cobus is currently the flute player of the Antero Winds, a Colorado based woodwind quintet which also serves as the Woodwind Quintet in residence with the Boulder Chamber Orchestra.
Cobus holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Pretoria where he studied flute under Professor John Hinch and is currently pursuing Master’s degree from the University of Colorado where he studies under Christina Jennings.

Starting next week Steve Shurack will be playing solo guitar every Thursday evening at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Downtown Denver, 15th & Glenarm from 6:30-9:00 PM, come hang out with good food and good music.
Steve will be drawing on his large repertoire, no cover, come listen to jazz, Latin, classical, flamenco, and pop guitar while enjoying a good meal and drinks. From Ellington and Jobim to Bach and Tarrega to Beatles, blues, folk, country and way more, there will be music for all tastes! There is a happy hour menu with very reasonable prices for food and drinks till 7 PM.

Masterful Musicians has so much fun playing for your corporate and private Holiday Parties. From A’capella ensembles to full dance bands, we are here to make you event spectacular. This week’s events include a duet of classical guitars, a jazz harpist, 2 jazz trios and a Gatsby Style piano performance. You can hear us by special invitation at the Denver Botanic Gardens, The Grant Humphreys Mansion and the Denver Marriott DTC. Public or Private, we will design music to compliment your ideas!

Parish House Baroque in Concert! Masterful Elisa Wicks, and Terri Moon – baroque violins, and Eric Wicks – harpsichord, will present selections by Handel, Vivaldi, Leclair, and Corelli, as well as Celtic favorites. Also appearing are Nancy Andrew – flauto traverso, and Peter Biro – harpsichord, with the music of JS Bach, CPE Bach, and Telemann.
