Oct 20: Antero Winds perform part 3 of the “Second Suite from Razumov”

The “Second Suite from Razumov” derives from Act Two of Greg Bartholomew’s chamber opera, “Razumov,” based on the novel “Under Western Eyes” by Joseph Conrad. The opera concerns a young Russian caught up in the consequences of a political assassination.
Nov. 7 : Solo with the Aurora Symphony
Our multi-talented Laura Anderson will be playing the Glazunov Violin Concerto with the Aurora Symphony on November 7th at 7:30 pm. The concert will be at the STBM building at 19697 E Smoky Hill Road in Aurora. (It is the building directly west of the King Soopers) More details are available at www.aurorasymphony.org. Tickets are available on the website and will be sold at the door.
Oct 17: Lynn Baker at a Blue Sky Collective
You are invited to a very special concert coming up Saturday, October 17, 2009. Mel Martin, the acclaimed saxophonist/composer from the Bay Area will be playing a concert with some of his best Denver buddies; our own Lynn Baker, Jeff Jenkins – keyboards, Mark Simon – bass, and Paul Romaine – drums. Dazzle will be hosting another of our great vocalists. Donna Wickham is singing with composer Stephen Bailey. This concert is taking place on October 6th at 7:00 pm.
